FlexiHome Fit – EU Return & Refund Policy
General Return Terms
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
In addition to this legal right, FlexiHome Fit offers an 30-day return window for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in good condition

Items should be returned with all original components and packaging whenever possible
Replacement Parts are non-returnable and non-refundable, as clearly indicated on their product pages prior to purchase.
We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging during the 30-day return period to ensure safe transportation if a return is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending the item back.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers located in the European Union may cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:

Contact our customer service team within the 14-day withdrawal period.

After approval, return the item within 14 days of the withdrawal request.
Customers are responsible only for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
Return Packaging Requirements
Returned items should be carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation.
Whenever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.
However, a return will not automatically be rejected solely because the original packaging is missing, provided the product itself is returned in acceptable condition.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If a returned product shows significant damage caused by improper packaging or excessive use, a reasonable reduction in the refund amount may apply in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Return Shipping Costs
When FlexiHome Fit Covers Return Shipping
FlexiHome Fit will cover the return shipping cost if the return is caused by our error, including:

The item arrived defective or damaged

The wrong item was shipped

The order was sent to the wrong address due to our mistake

A duplicate order was sent
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos for verification.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund or replacement will be issued if the defect is confirmed.
If the issue can be resolved by sending replacement parts, we may offer free replacement parts and guidance to help you repair the product, avoiding the inconvenience of returning large items.
Please note that we do not provide technician or in-home repair services.
When the Customer Covers Return Shipping
If the return is not caused by a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Examples include:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., no longer needed or preferred)

Ordered the wrong product or quantity

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Cancellation after the item has been shipped

Misinterpretation of the product description
Prepaid return labels are not provided in these cases.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if the order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official FlexiHome Fit website:
Purchases made through other retailers must follow the return policies of those respective stores.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:

5–10 business days for inspection and processing after the item arrives at our warehouse

Up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement
Promotional Gifts
If your order included a free promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned to receive a full refund.
If the promotional item is not returned, the refund will be reduced by the retail value of the gift.
Replacement Parts
Products clearly labeled as Replacement Parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These items are not covered by any warranty and are intended solely as spare components.
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be treated as a customer-initiated return.
Shipping costs and any applicable handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
Warranty
After the 30-day return period, eligible products may still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
