APPLICABILITY

This limited warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through Flexihome’s authorized direct sales channels, including, but not limited to, flexihomefits.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other officially designated platforms.
By using your Flexihome product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this limited warranty. If you do not meet the requirements or do not agree to these terms, you may not use the product.

Scope of Warranty

Under this limited warranty, Flexihome warrants that every product purchased through authorized distribution channels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper handling during the applicable warranty period, in accordance with the product documentation published by Flexihome.
Flexihome’s product documentation includes, but is not limited to:

  • User Manuals
  • Safety Instructions
  • Product Specifications
  • In-App Notifications
  • Official Service Information

The warranty period varies depending on the product and its components and begins on the date of delivery to the end customer.

Provided the product has not been misused, abused, neglected, or improperly maintained, the following warranty applies to all products manufactured by Flexihome:

Applies to, among other things:

  • Exercise Bikes
  • Ellipticals
  • Rowing Machines
  • Treadmills

  • Invoice
  • Payment Receipt
  • Order Number (for direct purchases through Flexihome)

Service fees may apply for services not covered by this warranty. Please contact Flexihome for region-specific information.

Exclusions – What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not apply to the following cases:
× Damage caused by fire, accidents, or other causes not related to product use
× Damage caused by unauthorized alterations, disassembly, or modifications
× Damage caused by water or improper installation or use
× Damage caused by unauthorized service providers
× Damage caused by tampering with internal components or improper use of batteries/chargers
× Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions (e.g., wind, rain, sand, dust)
× No warranty for uninterrupted or error-free operation
× Loss or damage to stored data
× Damage caused by third-party products or integrations
× Products with removed or altered identification labels
× Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual or safety instructions
× Normal wear and tear of consumable parts or cosmetic components, including (but not limited to):

  • Wheels
  • Brake pads
  • Resistance controls
  • Cables
  • Rubber grips
  • Seats
  • Paint / Finishes

× Wear parts that need to be replaced due to normal use
× Damage caused by improper storage, installation, or maintenance
× Service requests due to noises (e.g., creaking, rattling) resulting from lack of maintenance

Limitation of Liability

While the product is in Flexihome’s possession or is being transported (provided that Flexihome is responsible for the transport), Flexihome is liable only for damage that occurs during that period.

  • Loss, Damage, or Disclosure of Data
  • Personal or Confidential Information

Under no circumstances shall Flexihome (including its affiliates or partners) be liable for:

  • Third-Party Claims
  • Data Loss
  • Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages
  • Loss of Profits or Revenue
  • Loss of Goodwill or Expected Savings

In any case, total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

This limitation does not apply to personal injury or liability required by law.

Depending on the jurisdiction, some limitations may be invalid.

Limitation of Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Flexihome excludes all other warranties, in particular:

  • statutory or implied warranties
  • Warranty of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Title or non-infringement of third-party rights

Flexihome does not guarantee that:

  • the product is free of defects
  • operation is uninterrupted
  • the software or accessories are free of defects

To the extent required by law, the duration and scope of such warranties are limited to the term of this warranty and are limited to repair or replacement at Flexihome’s discretion.
